A fabulous touch of winter foliage colour

Pseudowintera provide fabulous winter foliage colour with a wide range of colour on just one plant.

Pseudowintera from small shrubs averaging 1-1.5m in height, but what they lack in height they more than make up for in winter colour.

Marjorie Congreve has shrimp pink new foliage in the spring with a hint of soft yellow as the leaves mature.  In the winter the leaves are variable with a red edge.

Happy in coastal areas, containers or slightly sheltered situations in the garden in full sun to partial shade in a moist but well-drained slightly acidic soil.
