Provender Nurseries’ Mission
Provender Nurseries is dedicated to providing a unique and unrivaled range of high-quality products which are supplied with a sense of warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. We are committed to helping our customers, employees, and suppliers develop and grow in partnership with us.

Our Story

Established in 2003, Provender Nurseries in Kent is a progressive, independent wholesale supplier of high-quality plants and trees alongside related landscape supplies and accessories to the horticultural trade industry throughout Kent, London, the South East, and further afield.

There has been a horticultural business on our cash and carry site since 1982 supplying specialist soils and growing media to the horticultural trade, something that Provender Nurseries continues to do to this day.

Provender Nurseries started selling plants from a small area on-site around 50m2 in size. Over the years, Provender Nurseries has expanded to an 18-acre cash and carry to allow us to display our top-quality stock to its best for our customers.

Provender Nurseries prides our reputation on being a leading plant supplier ensuring quality, value, and convenience are of as much importance to us as they are to you, our clients. We offer a professional and specialist service to all landscape professionals.

Plant sourcing is our specialty. Whether plant sourcing for our clients, for our cash and carry, or for our production facilities, plants are our passion. Our extensive plant range is unrivaled in a wholesale plant nursery. When sourcing plants for stock, we search for the traditional, tried and tested, and new innovations in the wholesale plant supply industry, offering you choice, convenience, and horticultural expertise from one site in Kent.

Our diverse, exciting plant range is supported by a range of professional landscape-related sundries, including soils, composts, tools, and irrigation systems. All aspects of horticulture are a passion for us at Provender Nurseries, and we feel this is reflected in our quality of service to you as professionals in the horticultural industry.

Opening Hours

Cash and Carry
Our cash and carry is open:

• 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Extended Opening hours
• 8am to 12pm Saturday

Our Trade Zone is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Location

You can be assured you will always receive a warm welcome on our cash and carry conveniently located just off junction 3 of the M25 with easy access to the M20, A2, and London. Provender Nurseries is outside of the ULEZ zone.

We hold a range of events, covering many relevant topics varying from training events and workshops held on site by external companies and events run by our team for our clients.

Our events are held with you in mind to benefit you, your company, your employees, and of course, your business!

Do you want to hold an event at Provender Nurseries?

We have three options available for onsite events or meetings:

• Small Meeting Room 4-6 participants
• Large Meeting Room 8-10 participants
• Large Event Room 40 – 50 participants (Time restrictions may apply)

All rooms are offered free of charge; however, we do ask for donations to the charity that we support at the time.
