Provender Nurseries have partnered with local charity, Heart of Kent Hospice.
Every two years, we choose a different local charity to support by helping raise funds and increasing awareness. We are delighted to announce that we will be supporting Heart of Kent Hospice, based in Aylesford for the next two years.
Heart of Kent Hospice provide exceptional specialist care for people living with a terminal illness. They also provide support for those closest to them.
Last week, Liz and Louise, from the marketing team at Provender Nurseries, met with some of the staff members and gardening volunteers at the Hospice. The team at Heart of Kent Hospice are a real inspiration and the work they do is incredibly inspiring and important.
We took along a beautiful Acer palmatum 'Twombly's Red Sentinel' with us. The Acer will be planted in the garden at the Hospice and will, hopefully, provide solace to those going through incredibly difficult times.
