Junior Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Now, we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to join our team—an exciting opportunity to grow a career in sales within a thriving horticultural environment.
About the Role
This position offers a structured introduction to sales. Initially, you will support the team with administrative tasks to gain a solid understanding of our systems and processes. As your confidence and knowledge grow, you will begin managing smaller sales independently, with the opportunity to develop your own customer base over time; with the potential to progress your career in to a Sales Executive role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supporting and increasing sales performance
- Encouraging the sale of existing stock and increasing average transaction value
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident, polite, and professional
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office programs and POS systems
- Passionate about plants and related products
Previous sales experience or horticultural knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential. A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are key.
Salary
£29,500 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience and meeting essential criteria)
