Provender Nurseries is a wholesale trade only supplier of plants and landscaping kit and our TRADE ZONE is the part of our website where you can take full advantage of your status as a registered trade customer.
Not yet a trade customer?
If you're not yet a trade customer then you can easily apply for a trade account. Click here to fill out our trade application form. Please email to admin@provendernurseries.co.uk with proof of trade and we will process your Trade Account in a couple of working days.
I am a trade customer, so what do I do next?
If you are already a trade customer you can use the TRADE ZONE by logging in using the box in the header/menu above. If you have not logged into the TRADE ZONE before then you will need to log in using your Customer Reference number found on your Trade Card and the temporary password which you will have received along with your trade card.
So what is the TRADE ZONE?
You can see all the plants and products on our website without signing up but by logging in to the TRADE ZONE you'll be able to see all plants and products at your discounted TRADE price. The TRADE ZONE allows you access to Trade prices, lets you place orders online for collection or delivery, save baskets for different jobs and is a useful resource for generating quotes for your customers.
Did you know that the Trade Zone is open even when we are closed?
Not only that but you will be able to build up orders by adding plants and products to your basket. These orders can be placed immediately or you can take advantage of our saved basket feature. This allows you to gradually build up an order over time and save it. You can save as many orders as you wish so if you are working on several projects or potential projects then each one can be saved as a separate order. Saved baskets are kept on our system for one year.
When your order is ready, you can simply place it and we'll then pick and pack the stock ready for delivery or collection. Please note that seasonal variations apply. In the busier times of year please allow at least 14 working days for order collation. Once you have placed your order one of our sales team will contact you regarding your order and payment and a member of the Despatch team will contact you to confirm delivery times and dates. Our online stocklist is updated on a regular basis. We aim for 90% accuracy. If an item you require is not listed please phone or email as it may be on order with us. You can email enquires to sales@provendernurseries.co.uk.
