Heptacodium miconioides, is a small, deciduous, upright tree with multiple seasons of interest.
From now until early autumn, this tree produces small, white, scented flowers that are adored by bees and butterflies. The flowers are then followed by red calyx. The lovely green foliage drops in winter to reveal the attractive peeling bark.
Full sun/partial shade. Tolerant of most soils.
