Add some winter scent to your garden

There is nothing like a sweet-scented plant to add some fragrance to your garden this winter. Treat your noses, by planting Sarcococca confusa; a hardy evergreen shrub with a dense spreading habit. With elliptic taper-pointed leaves and flowers with cream-coloured anthers you will get be able to see the bees enjoying themselves if it is a mild winter.

When the flowers drop, you will be greeted by glossy black berries and can see this plant grow up to 1.5m in height.

Great as a stand-alone shrub, hedging and alongside other winter interest plants and packed with winter scent, Sarcococca would make a lovely occupant to any garden.
