Deliveries

Provender Nurseries have our own fleet of vehicles with dedicated, fully insured, experienced drivers. Our dedicated transport team work with you to facilitate your preferred delivery day and to discuss any access requirements. We are FORS registered and our lorries are ULEZ compliant.

Our delivery prices are worked out by postcode and approximate travelling time. All of our popular postcodes are shown on the website in the Trade Zone. If you cannot see the postcode you require, please contact our sales team on sales@provendernurseries.co.uk

Deliveries are charged per postcode. This charge is for the vehicle and will not change if you have small order or a large one.
Delivery costs are applied at check out and are set to the delivery address that you request.

What time will my delivery be there?

We are unable to give specific times for deliveries due to road and traffic conditions which are beyond our control.

Can you pop the plants / soil on the driveway / round the back?

We offer a kerbside delivery service only. We do ask that you ensure that you have adequate staff on site to unload your delivery and sign for the goods received. Deliveries and unloading will be at our discretion of the drivers. If a driver deems a situation too dangerous, deliveries will be returned to our yard. Please note - charges may be incurred for waiting times.

Can you take your vehicle across the grass?

We do not take vehicles across grass areas or other delicate areas due to possible damage. We can deliver kerbside to you.

To help our despatch department help you, when you are booking your delivery please advise us of any information that may help us to organise your delivery:

Access restrictions - see vehicle sizes above
Time restrictions - especially when delivering to or near schools, Red Routes etc
Do you need a forklift / crane lorry onsite to unload?
Will you need any other equipment to unload?

Please note all delivery prices are based on Post Code and per drop. Check your required post code in our drop down menu above. If your Post Code is not shown please contact our sales team for prices. Our Despatch Team will contact you to arrange delivery.

Can I just add...?

Please note that changes to deliveries can only be made up to three working days before the delivery date.

Do you offer a mail order service?

Please note that Provender Nurseries do not offer mail order by post. In certain circumstances we can organise deliveries by pallet via exterior specialist delivery companies, however please bear in mind these companies usually have height and weight restrictions. Provender Nurseries bear no responsibility for any damage caused in transit with exterior specialist delivery companies.
