Description: Noted for the pass of pinkish white berries produced in clusters in late summer.  A medium sized tree which has a good compact habit, mass of white spring flowers, attractive fresh green pinnate leaves which turn red and purple in autumn providing great colour together with the white berries.  A good all round tree with many attributes making it worthy of its popularity.

Uses: Great for winter interest

Climate/Position: Full sun or partial shade.

Height/Spread: 4-8 metres x 4-8 metres

Soil Requirements: Well drained but moist soils.

Pruning: Limit pruning to removal of damaged shoots as necessary.
