Salvia nemorosa 'Sensation White'

Description: A compact yet vigorous cultivar of this clump forming herbaceous Salvia. Spikes of pure white flowers. Very long lasting and free flowering especially if deadheaded. Ideal for summer colour in borders and in pots especially in dry and sunny positions.

Climate/Position: Thrives in a sunny spot and will become drought tolerant once established.

Height/Spread: 30cm x 30cm

Soil Requirements: Light, moderately fertile, humus-rich, moist but well- drained soil

Pruning: To prolong flowering remove the flower spikes as soon they start to fade. Tidy plants by cutting back to ground level in autumn or spring.

The name nemorosa means growing in groves or woods.
