Description: Soft pink sweetly scented flower spikes are produced on this moisture loving shrub in summer. The bottlebrush like flower spikes are attractive to bees and butterflies. The glossy leaves are blue green. Rounded loose habit and suckering growth
Uses: Good for use in moist woodland situations or as streem edging. Border planting when the location is moist then good as a group planting. Good for naturalised or wildlife gardens
Climate/Position: Partial shade needed.
Height/Spread: 1.2 - 2metres rounded bush
Soil Requirements: Moist soils prefering acidic or low pH
Pruning: Can be cut back hard if plant becomes too large or leggy.
Special Requirements: Must be on moist soils which do not dry out.
