Bergenia 'Autumn Magic'

Description: A repeat flowering form of Bergenia producing mid-pink flowers in Spring and Autumn. The leaves turn deep red in winter.

Uses: Ideal for planting in beds, borders and containers

Climate/Position: Best grown in full sun to partial shade.

Height/Spread: 30 cm x 40 cm clump forming low ground cover plant.

Soil Requirements: Tolerates any soil, but leaf colour will be best on poor soil in full sun

Pruning: . No pruning but old dead leaves may be removed.

Special Requirements: Forms a matt of rhizomes across the ground which are underground stems. Plants form dense clumps which can be divided every 3-5 years to maintain vigour.
