Provender Nurseries is an established wholesale trade supplier of plants, soil and related horticultural sundries based in Kent and serving trade professionals throughout London, the South East and further afield.
We supply to all aspects of the horticultural trade, landscape and amenity sectors including garden designers, landscape architects, landscape contractors, golf courses, schools, local authorities, professional gardeners and allotment societies.
Our 17 acre site in Swanley is conveniently placed for access to the M25, A2, M20 and London. We continually stock a wide and diverse range of plants including popular lines such as trees, hedging, shrubs, specimen shrubs, herbaceous, bamboos and grasses and topiary. Complementing and supporting our plants we supply soils, composts, bark and decorative aggregates all available in bulk bags and loose loads as well as railway sleepers, irrigation equipment, tools and hardware, chemicals, weedkillers and fertilisers, tree stakes and turf to order.
We are one of the largest manufacturers of quality compost, top soils, top dressing and soil improvers in the South East alongside our normal range of soils we can also offer bespoke mixes. Our range of plants and sundries can be delivered using our fleet of vehicles.

Most of us are familiar with Clematis armandii, an evergreen Clematis with large leathery green leaves and scented creamy-white flowers for a sheltered spot. Prunus ‘Accolade’ is one of the earliest spring flowering Cherries and certainly puts on a graceful, yet eye-popping display at the start of April. Prunus ‘Accolade’ is the result of a cross between Prunus sargentii and Prunus x subhirtella.
